Dimensional mixed media on canvas

Sunflowers burst beyond the boundaries of the canvas in Summer Unbound, a vibrant celebration of warmth, color, and handcrafted detail. Set against a richly textured turquoise acrylic background, brilliant yellow sunflowers bloom from a rustic, weathered pitcher resting on a painted wooden surface. Each flower is intricately constructed using paper quilling, with individually shaped strips forming layered petals, dimensional centers, and delicate green foliage. The sculptural arrangement extends outward from the canvas, creating an interplay between painting and three-dimensional art. Overflowing with texture, movement, and sunny personality, Summer Unbound captures the exuberance of a summer bouquet that simply refuses to stay contained.
