Yellow, red, turquoise, white, and black collide in Go, an abstract composition built over a fluid acrylic foundation. Inspired by confusing street signs and the frustration of trying to find direction, the piece plays with the idea of following instructions only to discover that even a compass can send you somewhere you never intended to go. Layered shapes and movement create a visual push and pull between direction and disorientation.
